DO YOU HAVE FREE DELIVERY?

No, the delivery cost is 49sek.

 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

No, not right now!

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS? 

Unfortunately, you cannot exchange items. If you want to switch your product for another one, you’ll need to place a new order with the product that you like to change to, and return the product that you no longer want.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS? 

Yes. From the day that you get your package, you have 14 days to return any products. We do not offer free returns. Returns within Sweden will cost 90 SEK and you need to cantact kundtjanst@daisygrace.se in order to access your return form. Please note, items purchased at daisygrace.se can only be returned by post. Please read about our return policy here 

CAN I RETURN ITEMS I BOUGHT ON SALE? 

Yes. From the day that you get your package, you’ll have 14 days to return any sale items. We do not offer free returns. Returns will cost you 90 SEK. Please read about our return policy here 

I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER, BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE A RETURN FORM. WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact us at kundtjanst@daisygrace.se and we will send you a return form.

MY DELIVERY DID NOT MATCH MY ORDER. I GOT WRONG PRODUCT/SIZE. WHAT DO I DO?

If you have received incorrect products or wrong delivery, please contact us immediately by email at kundtjanst@daisygrace.se.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

You should receive your delivery within 3 - 5 working days after you submit your order. 

I HAVE RETURNED MY ORDER. WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?

It can take up to 14 days before we recieve and registrate your return. Then it takes up to 5 working days before Klara has processed your payment.  You will get a notification from Klarna when your order and payment is processed. If you’d like, you can choose to extend the due date for your payment at www.mittklarna.se. This way, your returned orders will get back to us in time so that we can cancel the payment. 

MY PACKAGE WAS SENT BACK DUE TO NO PICKUP, BUT I’D STILL LIKE TO HAVE IT. WHAT DO I DO?

For not picked up packages we will charge you with 149SEK, this covers our costs including delivery and handling costs. If you still want the products sent to you, you will need to submit a new order online. 

I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY DELIVERY?. WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact us at kundtjanst@daisygrace,se if you still haven’t received your order after 5 working days.

I HAVE SENT BACK MY ORDER FOR A RETURN. DO I STILL HAVE TO PAY THE INVOICE?

You can wait to pay the invoice until we have registered your return and updated the invoice so that it only applies to the products you want to keep. Once we have received and registered your return, you will receive a new updated invoice from Klarna. Keep an eye for it in your mailbox. You can choose to extend the due date for your invoice payment at www.mittklarna.se or at their customer service.
